Wine Marlborough Event Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions relate to the sale of tickets and attendance at events organised by Wine Marlborough Limited (the Organiser).
These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with any Terms of Use applying to the Ticket Service Provider and any terms and conditions of the event venue.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Tickets issued for Wine Marlborough events are subject to these Terms and Conditions and may be cancelled or revoked by the Ticket Service Provider, Venue or Organiser where any of these conditions are breached.
The Organiser may amend or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Refunds and Exchanges
1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, relocate or amend all or part of an event. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund of the ticket price.
2. Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date, except where the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Organiser, or where a refund is otherwise required by law.
3. The Organiser will not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to earthquake, fire, flood, severe weather, government restrictions, failure or disruption of transport providers, or other circumstances that make the event unsafe or impracticable to hold. The Organiser will not be responsible for an attendee's inability to attend the event due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control, including travel or transport disruption.
4. The Organiser will not be liable for any costs or other liabilities incurred by the Purchaser relating to the cancelation, rescheduling or relocation of an event.
5. The Organiser will only replace lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets if the authenticity of the ticket can be verified, including proof of purchase. Full or partial refunds may be given at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
6. If a refund or exchange is given, liability is limited to the full transaction amount you originally paid for the ticket. Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange.
Variations to the Event
7. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the event programme, event format, venue arrangements, seating arrangements and audience capacity where reasonably necessary.
Conditions of entry to the Event
8. Admission to an event is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Venue Terms and Conditions.
9. You may be denied entry into, or removed from, an event where the Organiser or Venue staff have reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use or the Venue Terms, or for Misconduct. Misconduct includes but is not limited to being intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs or psychoactive substances, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others.
10. If you arrive late, you may not be admitted until a suitable break in the Event.
Privacy
11. Your personal information may be held by the Organiser, the Ticket Service Provider and the Venue. Any personal information that the Organiser holds will be held in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Wine Marlborough’s privacy policy.
12. A photographer may be present at this event capturing imagery on behalf of Wine Marlborough Ltd which could potentially be used as promotional content publications or marketing material, including but not limited to website, social media channels and printed collateral.
